本會於1993年由一群熱心人士所組成，集各家之所長，提供一站式的球賽服務，包括租用場地、音响、典禮、獎盃、獎牌、聯絡球星、聯絡教練、體能訓練、球賽錄影、提供裁判、以推動足球運動和「以球會友」為宗旨。過往曾舉辦了18屆城市足球聯賽，參賽隊伍逾百隊。
本會已成功為香港會計師公會聯絡得前香港足球先生 梁能仁先生擔任該會足球隊總教練。
本會為使球賽更有系統管理，更於2007至2008年度開始，將球賽以嶄新形式，分成不同組別舉行比賽。包括「城市超級足球聯賽」，共有30支球隊參加，「城市長青足球聯賽」，共有12支球隊參賽，並與康樂聯賽委員會合辦「康樂城市足球聯賽」，共有14支球隊角逐，成績斐然。
本會裁判組亦曾為多個不同聯賽執法，包括法律聯賽、國泰航空聯賽、消防盃區賽、香港空航貨站部門賽、香港空航貨站邀請賽、官校教師盃足球錦標賽 、 Football For Life League、HAPPY LEAGUE 及 MVP挑戰盃。（如需要安排球證執法，請聯絡城市足球會主席陳志滔先生97787111）
City Football Club was established in 1993. We provide one stop football programme services including venue booking, ceremony & decoration, PA system, trophies, liaison of local Football Stars, match video recording and referees booking. Promote football programmes and extend social network are our main objectives.
Currently, we organize City Premier League, Evergreen League and Happy League with more than 40 membership club.
Referees Unit Our referees unit consist of more than 100 members. We have and currently officiated numerous football league games e.g. Hong Kong Legal League, Cathay Pacific Airlines Inter Department League, City Premier League, Hong Kong Fire Services Inter Department League, Happy League, Evergreen league, International Schools and Hong Kong Junior Football League.
